SUMMARY Two women, aged 72 and 61 years, had mucocutaneous manifestations of pemphigus vulgaris, and one 76‐year‐old man had pemphigus foliaceus coexisting with oral lichen planus. Clinical and histopathological findings as well as direct and indirect immunofluorescence studies established the diagnosis.
