Hodgkin's disease in a patient with follicular and dermal mucinosis and spontaneous ooze of mucin (mucinorrhoea)

SUMMARY A patient with follicular and dermal mucinosis is described. Although the skin histology was of a benign nature the patient died from an associated underlying reticulosis. Spontaneous mucinorrhoea subsided with therapy for Hodgkin's disease.
