SUMMARY A 50‐year‐old woman, who probably had pre‐existing quiescent porokeratosis of Mibelli, suffered an abrupt and extensive eruption of porokeratosis in a systematized pattern 2 weeks after renal transplantation, while being treated with prednisolone and azathioprine.
