Summary.— A Boxer bitch aged 8 years had a chronic progressive cutaneous eruption of 5 months' duration. Histologically there was diffuse infiltration of the dermis, epidermis and adnexal structures by histiocytic cells. There was no evidence, at necropsy, of the presence of lymphosarcoma, mastocytoma, or histiocytoma. The lesions are compared with those of mycosis fungoides in man.
