SUMMARY Two cases are described with the clinical, histological and electron microscope features of disseminated plane warts. Cell mediated antibody to wart virus was demonstrable. One had features of epidermodysplasia verruciformis and the other of acrokeratosis verruciformis. Disseminated piane warts, epidermodysplasia verruciformis and acrokeratosis verruciformis are so closely interrelated that they could be considered as minor variants of the same disease process.
