SUMMARY Six cases of livedo reticularis with ulceration were treated with large amounts of low molecular weight dextran. The lesions healed well with this therapy, and subsequent relapses have been less frequent and easier to control. The method of administration is outlined and a possible explanation for the prolonged beneficial effect is advanced.
