Summary.— Several commercially available topical corticosteroid products have been evaluated in the blanching test. Fluocinolone acetonide preparations are extremely effective, and the ointment is superior to the other ointment products. Fluocinolone acetonide cream and gel produce a more prolonged effect than other cream products.
