SUMMARY.— An eruption of small pustules on an erythematous background was observed in 3 patients. It was randomly disseminated on the sides of the trunk and the thighs in 2 patients; in the third patient the distribution was annular. An associated purpura of the lower extremities was present in 2 patients. The main histopathological findings were a subcorneal and subepidermal vesicle with leukocytes, and intraepidermal abscesses filled with eosinophils.
