SUMMARY.— A case of primary bullous systemic lupus erythematosus is presented. Serum was positive for LE cell factor and antinuclear factor (ANF). Blister fluid and synovial fluid showed ANF, but no LE cell factor; Tzanck preparations were consistently negative for LE cells.
