SUMMARY. The integumentary associations of pernicious anaemia have been studied by comparison between a group of 125 patients with pernicious anaemia and a matched control group. The significant associations of pernicious anaemia are Sutton's (halo) naevus, vitiligo (particularly of late onset), premature and early greying of hair, blonde hair and blue eyes.
