SUMMARY.— A patient with a fixed eruption due to sulphadimidine was investigated for the presence of the drug at the involved sites. Autoradiographic studies of normal skin, a lesion and exchange grafts after intradermal injection of sulphadimidine‐ 35 S did not reveal any evidence of preferential binding at the site of the lesions.
