SUMMARY.— The case of a boy aged 3 with bullous pemphigoid, who also had clinical and pathological evidence of coeliac disease, is described. Two brothers had coeliac disease. The association of the 2 conditions is interesting but it is not suggested on the present evidence that there is a causal relationship between them.
