SUMMARY.— Multiple granular‐cell myoblastomas were present in a girl aged 10. who also showed axillary freckling, which has been claimed to be pathognomonic of neurofibromatosis. Histochemical studies confirmed the probable origin of the tumours from Schwann cells.
