SUMMARY. Four patients with advanced mycosis fungoides presenting at the tumour stage were selected for treatment with the combination of cyclophosphamide and chlorpromazine. Cyclophosphamide was given alone initially and in 3 of the patients remissions occurred which lasted between 5 to 8 months. The fourth, Case 4, did not respond to cyclophosphamide alone. In all 4 patients when cyclophosphamide was given with chlorpromazine, longer remissions, lasting 3 to 18 months, occurred. It seems from this series that tumour growth is inhibited when chlorpromazine and cyclophosphamide are administered together, and that the combination of the 2 drugs produces longer remissions than cyclophosphamide alone.
