1 Co‐trimoxazole induces a highly significant and reversible elevation of the serum creatinine level. 2 In renal‐allograft patients the degree of this elevation is significantly correlated with the concentration of serum creatinine before administration of co‐trimoxazole and with the concentration of non‐protein‐bound trimethoprim.
