Summary Myocardial infarction is rare in pregnancy. We report a 38‐year‐old woman with a history of smoking and pre‐eclampsia in her previous pregnancy, who suffered a non‐Q infarction at 18 weeks of gestation. Stenoses in the left coronary artery were verified angiographically. She delivered a healthy child vaginally under epidural anaesthesia.
