Pseudoaneurysm, a known complication of arterial needle puncture, is also an uncommon complication of parenteral drug abuse. India is currently witnessing an upsurge of abuse of injectable drugs. Five cases of pseudoaneurysm developing as a complication of intra‐artenal drug abuse are reported. The need for early recognition and proper timely intervention is highlighted.
