A case of Sweet's syndrome in a patient with Basedow's disease was reported. The painful eruptions appeared on the face, trunk, and extremities, associated with high fever. The patient also had the laboratory findings of Basedow's disease. The mechanism of the co‐occurrence of Sweet's syndrome and Basedow's disease was discussed.
