Two unusual patients with multifocal guttate tuberculosis verrucosa cutis and necklace lupus vulgaris are described. An endeavour was made to explain these manifestations through percentages of T‐lymphocytes T 4 and T 8 in the peripheral blood. Mantoux tests indicating cell‐mediated immunity were strongly positive in both cases; leucocyte migration inhibition test (LMIT) values were, however, relatively low. The latter result also indicates good cell‐mediated immunity.
