Abstract A case of sarcoid reactions in a patient with congenital syphilis was reported. The eruptions appeared on the upper extremities and disappeared within 10 days after biopsy. Histological findings were compatible with those of subcutaneous sarcoidosis. The patient also had so‐called Hutchinson's teeth, rhagades of the lips, corneal scars and eighth nerve deafness.
