This paper reports a 50‐year‐old man with multiple Bowen's disease who subsequently developed squamous cell carcinoma. He had a possible history of chronic arsenical ingestion through drinking contaminated well water at a young age. The rain drop appearance of depigmented spots on the body and the warty hyperkeratosis on the palms and soles are manifestations of chronic arsenical ingestion.
