A case of incompletely differentiated sebaceous carcinoma and its histopathological findings were reported. In addition, morphological criteria for separating pseudo‐sebaceous tumors into categories were discussed. In this case, histopathological findings showed a mixture of basaloid and squamoid features. Specimens were examined with both light and electron microscopes.
