Clinical, laboratory, and pathologic findings from a case of multiple necrotizing fasciitis were reported. The eruptions were found on the face, and the upper and lower extremities. Repeated debridement and radical surgical excision were combined with antibiotics. We believe that only early recognition and radical surgical treatment improve the prognosis of this disease.
