Two cases of deep lymphangioma which were difficult to diagnose at first examination were reported. One case was battered‐child‐like, while the other presented a progressive cystic course. The onset in both cases was at birth, and both of them presented purpura during their courses. The diagnosis and treatment of these cases were difficult and required special consideration.
