Dermatomal Pruritus of the Upper Limb: A Manifestation of Nerve Root Compression due to Degenerative Spine Disease?

A case of pruritus and lichenification localized to a band area on the arm is reported. It is interpreted as a dermatomal pruritus due to C5‐C6 radiculitis caused by degenerative spine disease. This unusual case is compared to an other entity known as branchioradial pruritus.
