A follicular tumor on the right forearm of a 25‐year‐old woman was reported. Histopathological examination revealed a pear‐shaped tumor mass with trichilemmal keratinization, extending from the surface epidermis into the deep dermis. The tumor was composed of glycogen‐laden cells with slightly clear cytoplasm and contained a hair shaft in the middle lower portion. Numerous squamous eddies were also observed. The histological findings from this tumor corresponded to those of poroma folliculare and inverted follicular keratosis.
