A 10 times 20mm nonpulsating cyst‐like swelling appeared at the angiography site on the right inguinal region of a 60‐year‐old man; the swelling was biopsized 89 days after angiography. Infrared thermography performed prior to biospy revealed a hypothermic area within a larger hyperthermic area, suggesting that this was a pseudoaneurysm. Histological examination suggested pseudo‐pyogenic granuloma.
