A case of giant irritated seborrheic keratosis is reported. The tumor showed an unusually gross appearance for seborrheic keratosis; hence, before surgery, it was suspected of being a verrucous carcinoma. However, examination of the whole histologic constitution of the excised tumor warranted the diagnosis of irritated seborrheic keratosis.
