A 45‐year‐old female patient developed 10 verrucous lesions on the face, neck, back and forearms. Diplopia and occasional headaches occurred at the same time. Examination of the skin lesions by histopathology, direct immunofluorescent study and tissue culture showed cutaneous Cryptococcosis. Meningeal cryptococcosis was also found. Complete cure was effected by a two‐month‐course of Amphotericin B and 5‐fluorocytosine as combined therapy.
