DNCB treatment was carried out in a patient with Down's syndrome suffering from alopecia uninversalis. The patient showed excellent regrowth of hair on the treated sites. DNCB treatment is considered to be an alternative for persistent refractory alopecia areata in patients with Down's syndrome.
