A forty‐three year old man has had numerous papules on his face and neck for about two years without any systemic involvement. Some papules disappeared gradually within eight months without any therapy. Papules were examined with the light microscope and the electron microscope and histological findings were very similar to those of juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG) 1) .
