Two cases of nevocytic nevi with nevus cells in the sebaceous gland were described. In the first case, the nevus seems to have been acquired but in the second case it is apparently congenital. As the sebaceous glands were presumably embryonic when the nevus cells settled into the corium, the immigration of nevus cells into the sebaceous glands might occur at the same time. The possibility of elimination of sebaceous cells by nevus cells is also pointed out.
