We examined a set of three‐year‐old Japanese dizygotic twins with lipodystrophia centrifugalis abdominalis infantilis. One had depressed skin lesions on the left side of her neck and in her axillary area, while the other had a lesion on her right inguinal area. Although their MLC were identical, they differed from the MLC of an unrelated patient who suffered from the same disease. HLA‐BW 51 was found in all three patients.
