Two psoriatic patients were treated with an exothermic pad, “Erhitzen”, on one site, and Goeckerman's regimen on the contra‐lateral site. Erhitzen produced quicker clearing and longer duration of remission than Goeckerman's regimen. No serious side effects were observed.
