Crack‐free and dense KTiOPO 4 (KTP) fibers could be successfully synthesized through metallo‐organics. A homogeneous, drawable KTP precursor solution was prepared from the reaction of ( n BuO) 2 P(O)(OH), Ti(OEt) 4 , and KOEt. KTP precursor fibers crystallized to a single‐phase KTP at 650°C for 0.5 h. KTP fibers were a few centimeters in length and 10–150 μm in diameter. The density of the KTP fibers was higher than 2.97 g/cm 3 (>98% of theoretical density).
