Domain structures of Ba(Ti 1−x Sn x )O 3 (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.13) ceramics were observed dynamically under an electric field at various temperatures using a high‐resolution charge‐coupled‐device (CCD) microscope system. The Ba(Ti 1−x Sn x )O 3 ceramics showed a significant difference in domain structure and motion with changing composition: the domain structure became tiny and complex with increasing x , and the domain reorientation was easily induced with increasing and decreasing electric field. The results of the domain observations coincided well with electrical measurement data.
