Thermal conductivity measurements were made on many types of refractory brick including high‐alumina, fireclay, silica, chrome, magnesia, forsterite, zircon, silicon carbide, and insulating brick. These measurements, made with a modified ASTM C 201–47 apparatus, covered mean specimen temperatures of 200° to 2000°F. The results are compared with other published data.
