In contrast to the C oalition G overnment, the W elsh A ssembly embraced the original objectives of the P ublic S ector E quality D uty and provided financial support to develop a network of union equality representatives ( ER s). With reference to ER support for disabled workers, this article examines the role of devolution in equalities bargaining.
