Summary Here, we report genomic full‐length sequence of a novel HLA ‐A*11:01:01:02 allele identified in a Chinese individual. HLA ‐A*11:01:01:02 has three nucleotide differences from HLA ‐A*11:01:01:01, including 99 C>G of intron 1, 655 C>T and G deletion in position 656 of intron 2.
