QSAR reveals the relationship between the structure of cysteine‐containing dipeptide with antioxidant and ACE inhibitory activity. As a strong multifunctional peptide, CW could be utilized in functional foods owing to less interference in normal life activities, high oral bioavailability and thermostability.
