Pityriasis Rotunda (PR) is a rare disorder of keratinization characterized by multiple, round, well-defined, scaly, hyper- or hypopigmented patches with no inflammatory changes. The association between malignancies, systemic illnesses, pregnancy and PR has been described.We report an unusual case of PR, not fitting with the recognized clinical and anamnestic patterns of the disease
