The D epartment of H ealth published a new health information strategy in M ay 2012. The document provides a framework for health information in E ngland over the next 10 years. Health information developments in E ngland, however, do not mirror developments in other parts of the U nited K ingdom. This article is a personal reflection on the new health information strategy in E ngland, including comparison with developments in the other UK nations.
