The Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) awards medals and awards annually to recognise achievements in relation to geographical research, teaching, and communication. Due to the COVID‐19 pandemic, the celebration of the 2021 Medal and Awards did not occur at the Society’s online AGM. Recipients were announced to Fellows and members and online. The awards ceremony will be postponed until a later date in 2021.This paper provides a list of the recipients of medals and awards.
