Redesigning technology integration into world language education

This article describes how a multi‐institutional, proficiency‐based program engages stakeholders in design thinking to discover and explore solutions to perennial problems in technology integration into world language education (WLE). Examples of replicable activities illustrate the strategies used to fuel innovation efforts, including fostering the creation of partnerships that engage government, academia, and the private sector as well as processes that may result in innovation in the way that technology is integrated into WLE.
