Wnt‐induced primary ciliogenesis dynamics, from assembly of primary cilia by canonical Wnt signaling to disassembly of primary cilia by non‐canonical Wnt signaling, will provide a basic cellular signaling circuit in which primary cilia‐related cellular signals can be integrated. The combination of Wnt‐induced primary ciliogenesis dynamics and other cilia‐related signaling pathways can lead to a comprehensive understanding of primary cilia and may provide critical information to overcome cilia‐related diseases.
