Specific scope This Standard describes the conduct of trials for the efficacy evaluation of plant growth regulators on citrus for the following uses: reduction of shoot growth, increase or decrease of flower initiation, increase or decrease of fruit set, fruit thinning, regulation of pre‐harvest fruit fall, regulation of maturation and ripening, promotion of fruit abscission, improvement of fruit yield, improvement of fruit quality. Specific approval and amendment First approved in 1993‐09. Aligned with revised standard text in 1998. Revision approved in 2020‐09
