Specific scope This Standard describes a diagnostic protocol for detection and identification of tospoviruses 1 . This protocol replaces the EPPO Standard PM 7/34 on Tomato spotted wilt , Impatiens necrotic spot and Watermelon silver mottle tospoviruses. This Standard should be used in conjunction with PM 7/76 Use of EPPO diagnostic protocols . Specific approval and amendment Approved in 2020‐04.
