Two new species of P hraortes are described from the R yukyus of J apan. P hraortes kumensis sp. nov. is described from K ume‐jima Island, and P . yonaguniensis sp. nov. from Y onaguni‐jima I sland. The morphology of the females, males and eggs of the new species is illustrated.
