Cover Illustration: GAT‐1 expression in GFAP‐positive astrocytes from the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN). SCN primary cell cultures were prepared under aseptic conditions from one‐day rat pups and grown for one week. The cells were fixed and stained using antibodies to glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP, green) and the GABA transporter‐1 (GAT‐1, red). The nuclei were counter‐stained with DAPI (blue).
