The development of a suitable artificial diet allows the performance of laboratory studies with quality insects, of reasonable quantity, throughout the year. Diets influenced the biological parameters and fertility life table of Drosophila suzukii (Diptera: Drosophilidae). Diets A (maize meal, glucose, and yeast) and C (maize meal, molasses, and yeast) presented the best results for the development of D. suzukii .
